Subscribe to any type of deviation or non-event and get a complete list of shipments that require action. OurBoxes manages delays and disturbances immediately, notifies customers and acts before your customers even realize a problem has occurred. We offer services where one, with the help of proactive event-driven customer communication, can trigger various events during the customer delivery to, for example, send out customer notifications, reminders, and customer surveys. Is a shipment not moving? Has the carrier reported a delay? Or has the shipment been lying for too long at the service point and is in risk of becoming a passive return?
Thanks to integrated communication during the customer delivery, both within your own organization and with your partners, everyone has access to the same information and hence knows what is happening. Together with carriers e.g., PostNord, Bring Parcel, etc, Addimotion has a feature that allows you to request shipment changes through the OurBoxes user interface directly. With just a few clicks you can now change recipient information, cash on delivery amount, and request the shipment to be cancelled. With OurBoxes – Agent, e-retailers can easily monitor and register all shipments arriving to specific stores. This will make it easier for store personnel and customer service to help customers collect their deliveries.
Monitor all store shipments
A challenge with the click-and-collect setup is for customer service to monitor shipments arriving at store and handle incoming calls about customer deliveries. When store personnel use OurBoxes – Agent to register goods arrived and delivered it will automatically register in OurBoxes.
When the carrier delivers shipments to the store, the shipment is delivered to the store and not to the customer. The carrier can notify the customer but only priority to that the shipment arrived. However, in the case of a delivery failure the customer will get a notification even if their shipment haven’t arrived to the store. With OurBoxes – Agent this will be noticed immediately by receiving store and allowing customer service to solve the issue and correctly notify the customer.
Full distribution control
The main benefit of using OurBoxes – Agent is allowing click-and-collect retailers to gain full control of the distribution from warehouse to customer delivery. When the customer contacts customer service they will be able to see at which store their goods are and if any problems have occurred.
