Monitor all store shipments
A challenge with the click-and-collect setup is for customer service to monitor shipments arriving at store and handle incomming calls about customer deliveries. When store personnel use VIEWMYBOX® Agent to register goods arrived and delivered it will automatically register in VIEWMYBOX® CS Pro.
When the carrier delivers shipments to the store they will notify the customer. However, in the case of a delivery failure the customer will get a notification even if their goods haven’t arrived. With VIEWMYBOX® Agent this will be noticed immediately allowing customer service to solve the issue and notify the customer.
Full distribution control
The main benefit of using VIEWMYBOX® Agent is allowing click-and-collect retailers to gain full control of the distribution from warehouse to customer delivery. When the customer contacts customer service they will be able to see at which store their goods are and if any problems have occurred.
By having control of store shipments customer service can support store personnel with handling customer issues related to click-and-collect shipments.
